yes it has! It came packed in MP Megatron's box.

Could this be evidence that Megatron perpetrated the crime with the purple and silver blaster pistol?

Or could the blaster pistol have been cleverly placed in MP Megatron's box by an unknown third party to try and frame Megatron for the murder?
