heres my custom work in progress area, and a project thats halfway done. With all the work I've had recently I've found no time to work on anything though.
Thanks for posting Deszaras. I have been wondering where you left off lately. I really am interested to see the finished product. Making a custom combiner just sounds cool!
Update time: [This is still WIP, but I've made some progress]
Now then, this more of a concept idea rather than anything concrete but anyway, heres the concept for a future custom:-
{this gun sniper zoid looks an awful lot like cybertron undermine...}

In aircraft mode seems a menacious heavy bomber with that shape.
In robot mode head suits well and the figure is imposing.
The 4 squares remind me Galvatron;who's the robot thay you used to create Lord Vulcan?
Again,congrats!
Energon megatron was used along with some other zoid and toy parts to make him.
Looks great, Dez! I'm glad to see some projects coming to fruition. I still think it's remniscent of something like a Messerschmitt Bf-110 or a deHavilland Mosquito. I like the clever direction reversal from the EN megs alt mode. Also, i recognize all the parts right down to the wings you used for elevators, but what's the cockpit made of?

I don't actually know. Its made from plastic cut offs and two parts which had SL stamped on them. (From the pile of parts I have lying around)
It does feel good to actually finish something. I have really got to catch up with my backlog of figures. {I still have a beast wars shockwave [you'll see this soon], The large medic Lightning storm {Need to mix up more dark grey paint}, G1 black zarak {I need more modeling putty before I can carve the head.}, and my custom combiner to finish (1 of 4 mechs has been finished. The combiner parts need a little bit of work though.)}
You know Dez, I always love when I visit this topic and you post something. You always have some of the coolest projects. That bomber looks badass. Awesome. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, I really like that repaint...
How did you make his head?
Depends on which custom you are referring to.
Lord Vulcan's head is the E megatron head with the horns removed, new plastic ears were added as well as modeling putty that was molded into about the right shape and then carved into the right shape once dry.
Shockwave's head was made by cutting BW meg's face from his head and rebuilding it with plastic offcuts and modeling putty into the right shape. {You may get images of the finished shocky tomorrow}
