Sounds like some a-hole reported it. I think when you sell a Megatron without an orange cap or a KO Transformer, someone has to rat on you. Then eBay just takes it down without warning.

yer i think yer right too, also think its this said guy (he is an ebay seller also) but doing this might have seemed a good idea , but for him sadly no (i sayed id sell it if it didnt sell on ebay, not if it was removed from ebay ), if it had been this keyword spamming thing , then all the listing with dark saber in the title would be pulled so yer i agree with yer

a set of 3 minicons mint on sealed card right , also youd excpect to get what it said (eg the dark version of the Star saber )
ok my grip is with ebay as my item (as titles above) has been removed for beach of policie ?? ...for Keyword Spam ?? and the words been Dark Saber
even though there is 5 others on at this very time which havent been removed .
how can an item (honist its the realy think with photos of the dark saber its not a con) which is correctly names and listed, and sold by Hasbro (licensed under takara ) been in beach of policie ?
this may be a small matter to most but thanks to there new fantasic dashboard system my account is now under poor standing for account policie.
ive been in contact with ebay about this but lets see what happens also see if these other items get removed too

The keyword spam could have been found in the item description. Another reason they might have pulled the item is if you had any links to other websites.

so thay admitted thay were wrong to remove it but gives a warning of repeating a breach in policie which i didnt breach in the first place could get my account suspened ?.
also the stick give for this still hasnt been removed even though thay admit it wasnt a breach ?
also i did contact them by phone this morning (and ramjet yep it had been reported) which i have pointed out to them the person who i belive to have reported it and why (but i bet nowt happens to him )
anyone know another auction site which is good out there ?, sad to say ebay is the main one i know

there is none er i am waiting for a reply to the message i sent back , ether that or a message saying im suspended lmao (yer it wasnt the nicest reply also was a patronising as the one thay sent me )
well like i told them it wasnt keyword spamming and it wasnt falsely listed or misleading so if the stike had been removed id have been happy with that but no ebays ebay and so far up there own a**e thay carnt see the problem for been the problem .

If I remember correctly Sunstorm had issues with E-bay removing his listing for 'breach of policy'. He sent several messages to them but it was like headbutting a brick wall. Hope you have a bit more luck Catilla.

cheers rumble but i think itll be the same out come (so far 1 1/2 hours of phone convos and 11 emails hasnt gotton me very far apart from the admition it was wrongly removed....some might say that is an achevment in itself like now its the stike (and also the princible of the matter) ive been a seller for a long time and in all that time ive had 100% bar 2 nutrals from a guy who tryed to do me on postage and have "tryed" to follow there rules, but theres days there rules are so far beyond a joke its getting to be more of a joke to list, no wonder so many sellers of leaveing

i did recived a voucher too (15% off voucher usable up to 4th dec.) but i though everyone had gotton one of these to ?
lol now just to find some night high price thing to blow it on (hehe may as well get the biggers dicount i can afford )
