Whose sticker is this?

I recently came across 4 bags fulls of G2, Machine Wars and Beast Wars and can't seem to figure out which figure this sticker sheet goes with. Sorry for the kinda blurry picture.

I'm sure it belongs to a tf that i had as a kid,i remember the stickers,but i don't recall which tf :( .
Far over the Misty Mountains cold, To dungeons deep and caverns old. The pines were roaring on the height, The winds were moaning in the night, The fire was red, it flaming spread, The trees like torches blazed with light.
