A gold hardhead would be sweet to have. I love that enormous defensor. I think they also made larger versions of superion and devastator as weel around the same time that the korean Fort Max came out. They had a couple at the vintage stock store, but when I brought money back, they were gone.
1) I don't even see the colors when I look at gigantic knock-offs... I imagine them custom painted to look G1.
2) USA and the American flag don't bug me so much... I mean, in the 1980's, did ANYONE else have a space shuttle? And the idea was to 'fit in' right?
3) Ramjet: Actually, no. I own the gold chrome Skullcruncher, he's VERY high quality for a KO. I've seen reviews of some of the others (Poison Dragon, Bruticus made by the same company), and they're reasonable quality too. For the most part, these aren't your standard dollar store constructicons. That's one reason we don't even SEE them for sale over here.
Look at this pretty sweet looking KO I accidently ran across on another forum site! Someone found this, didn't say where. I wouldn't having one of these if I could get my hands on it! It's a Thomas the Tank Engine Combiner Robot!
Dood, that's awesome. They should have the grumpy ass green diesel engine in the center though, it'd look a bit more badass. Still! I wish they'd sell that here
That's a fantastic toy...!
Where did you get it from SP?
I should get one for my nephew, he's three and a half and obsessed with trains atm, of course I try my best to get him hooked on TFs aswell, and this might just do the trick!!!
Haven't they yanked a lot of Thomas the train stuff from stores because of lead paint? You might want to find out if that particular item has been tested before giving it to a child.
