I thought your toy might be Wild Force Power Rangers

But........

I think the yellow part of the toy looks a lot like the Power Rangers Jungle Fury incarnation of the Rangers.

Still not sure what your toy is exactly but if I were a betting woman I'd go with what our man Deszaras said about it being Power Rangery in origin.

It could be a KO if some kind. :?
