Identification

I am having trouble finding this character on the data bases and was hoping someone can tell me who he is. I picked him up with a hero megatron and figured he is a euro exclusive. He is stamped Hasbro Takara 1991.

Also, is there anyone who might have or know someone who has parts for Brain Master Flame. I came across the body only and need the brain and two weapons.

TFL doesn't have much info on the international figures. Of the sites I know TFU.info has the most information on those figures.

Thanks for the info! Not knowing names drives me nuts! Any ideas on where(besides ebay) would I find weapons and parts for euro exclusives?

Ebay is far and a away the best bet I know off. You can try adding a post to the want list here too. Aside from that I don't know of anywhere at all.
