It's missing something from around the waist and also a battery pack or something in the back.
No identifying markings anywhere, and I'm so dumb I can't figure out how to transform it, maybe the missing pieces have something to do with that...

He is some sort of Gundam, I'm not as up to speed on them as I used to be.
These guys also all had some sort of head crest that yours seems to be missing.
