that's the protoform prime, i.e Cybertron form.

AHHH!! but he may be correct, there's a nasty rumor going around that Barricade could actually be Prowl. I know he's a bad guy, but from what I read on the offical TF movie boards the rumour is that he either converts like Jetfire (skyfire) did or is under deepcover ops.
I bet it's a load of bull, but it would mean the numbers would even out a little more.

I'm impressed with Prime. For some reason I really thought I'd hate the look of him, but I'm pleasantly surprised.

I think of everything I've seen thus far, I like Prime the best. Especially in his truck mode.
