I can't figure out what this is (see picture). It looks like a KO Transformer. Can someone please help! Thanks!

It is a knock-off of Sky Max from Takara's 1990 Brave Exkaiser. The original toy combined with a car and drill tank to form God Max. The KO of the car, Dash Max, is a fairly common sight.

Yup! One of these days I'd like to hunt down an original Takara set for the Brave archive. Dash is the only KO I've seen in the wild, and I'm not sure why.

Huh. Until this thread, I'd never seen any other than the Dash Max. Good to know what they all look like. Now if only the official one wasn't priced at $280...
