Brad Gallaway here, only recently started posting.
Been a toy fan/collector since the '80s, but mom sold a lot of my stuff off when she thought my room was too messy and then I fell out of collecting for when I was a young lad out on his own, trying to carve out a place for himself. Money was too tight, had no space, and didn't want to have WeIrD tOyS be a factor when bringing girls over to my place. ^_^
Jump ahead a few decades and I'm back in. I had been collecting a thing or two here and there, but it wasn't until covid happened that the fire really reignited. I randomly saw a picture of the MOTU Origins Skeletor somewhere and I was like... Maybe I'll get just that one, for nostalgia. Then it arrived, long-dormant neurons in my brain reactivated and the dark collecting beast within me got cranked up to 11.
Also got married and got a house since those early days, so I now actually have some space to display a few things and my lady is fully supportive of my habit, so all is well.
I love Transformers, of course. Beast Wars is probably my favorite show/series of toys overall, but I dig all TFs and they're probably the bulk of my current collection. I'm also a MAJOR He-Man and Silverhawks fan, and I've branched out into other stuff as well... Battle Beasts, Bravestarr, Jem, the new JoyToy TMNT line, Legends of Dragonore and a few more.
