1-of-1 2006 Hasbro Corporate Style Guide Binder (Bell Sports Edition)

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a unique piece of Transformers history that has been in private storage since 2006.

This master branding binder originated directly from the Bell Sports design studio back in 2006. During an office restructuring, relocation and studio clearance at the time, it was salvaged from being disposed of.

It is an official master reference copy or internal presentation piece designated specifically for the Bell design team during their co-branding era with Hasbro.

The inner rear cover explicitly features a printed plaque stating: "BELL SPORT EDITION № 1 of 1 — APRIL 2006 —

It's an incredibly premium, heavy-duty artefact featuring a black faux-leather cover with the Autobot logo and a massive, engineering-grade metal spine mechanism.
It's slightly larger than A3, with thick front and back covers.

There are 48 pages of character profiles, biography copy, and exact colourway/CMYK/Pantone specification sheets used for product alignment. Characters featured inside include Optimus Prime, Jazz, Soundwave, Megatron and Devastator.

It's dated April 2006; this represents the exact physical visual blueprint, right before the live-action movie era changed the brand's aesthetic.

The artwork inside consists of the official high-end style guide pages/photocopies distributed to corporate partners rather than raw hand sketches.

I am planning to move this along to a dedicated archivist or high-end collector soon and will be putting it up for sale in the near future. Before listing it, I wanted to share it here first so the community can see it.

Just to be fully transparent before finalising anything, the binder is in excellent structural shape, with no rust or tears, but there is a slight, localised water mark on the lower right corner of the back cover (approx. 10mm x 100mm). The heavy outer material took the brunt of it, so the internal character profile pages and CMYK spec sheets are completely unaffected and are in pristine condition.
