Just found all my old transformers how can i find out what..

Just found all my old transformers, how can i find out what they are worth? all of them are G1 i think from 1984 when i was a kid, all of them have their original boxes and packaging (i was a neat freak when i was little) Ones i saw when looking into my boxes were Megatron, soundwave and jetfire, there are about 6-10 other ones also
thanks for any help, ill try and get some pictures of them up.

not sure if i should sell them or just hang onto them longer.

With boxed transformers, presuming they're all complete and in nice shape, a lot of the price boils down to the condition of the box. In order to determine if they're complete, look under the listings in the right sidebar here, under where it says "Transformers Lines". Go under each header and look up the figs you have, then see if you have all the parts listed.

Regarding the Autobot cars, the big difference has to be made on the bubble rather than the box itself. While the reissues have dropped their prices drastically and the cardboard carcasses can be bought from USD 15 and less, the bubbles (the blisterpack inside the box) can fetch easily USD 50 if they are in good condition.

Jetfire can be bought for not too much, but if it has the gun clip, jackpot. If it's white, jackpot.

We need further details on what's the condition and completeness of what you have.

Another way to do it is find the figures here and then if, as Jose and says the bubble is in A1 condition double it!! If you decide to sell them there are a few wolves sniffing around. Including me!!

No, I just messed up with redaction. Pow! I meant, if the gun clip was there, great. If Jetfire itself was white - not yellowed -, great. A white gun clip would be a reproduction.
