For Galaxy Shuttle vs Sky Lynx I would have to say Galaxy Shuttle, even though I am British. (However if both were forced into ground combat, I think Sky Lynx would clinch it.)

If you are a cartoon watcher, Scorponok would win hands down.

However, in the comics, Omega Supreme is twice the size of any regular Transformer, while Scorponok appears to be the same size as a regular Transformer. So that would mean a win for Omega Supreme.

( DISCLAIMER, I am new to the comics and I am learning under the watchful eye of C.M. So I could well be wrong )

Shockwave vs Ultra Magnus.

My money is on Ultra Magnus, I think his hand-to-hand skills would be to much for Shockwave. He would need to be wary of his gun arm though.

Don't forget Magnus has some heavy duty rocket launchers too. My money's on Magnus. His having two hands would be too much for Shockwave. also, as Jetfire informed us in "shockwave's" burden, "this guy's the worst shot in the galaxy!"

By firepower, shockwave has it, but my hand to hand, Magnus wins out. If he's able to dodge shocky's gun, Magnus wins.

Bad thing is that in the toon Shockwave doesn't seem very smart in some battle circumstances.

If we not consider this thing,I think that Magnus wins for having both hands,rockets.....but he must be careful because Shockwave in gun mode could damage him in a very serious way with just one shot,I think

Ultra magnus would outsmart him in battle. Shockwave has the habit of processing everything first through his vast data grid. By the time he logically breaks everything down Magnus would have him.

Almost Grimlock. You are quite correct that he had a cruise ship wrapped around his head. He spouted at Scorponok and as he was talking Scorponok rushed him and told him that he would be better doing less talking and more fighting.

The soldier would beat the officer. Especially a soldier like Ultra Magnus.
