I am my own 'con!

I always saw Soundwave as the squad leader, same way that Starscream was the seeker jet leader. The cassettes can all operate seperatly from Soundwave and are sentinent, unlike drones such as those used by the insecticons.

Rumble.

I can't believe I thought Cassettes were the way of the future.

Is +1 on Kups list.

Except the rest of the seekers don't need to pile into Starscream's cockpit to get from point A to point B ;).

Well, I guess the condors and ravage can travel. So that just leave Frenzy, Rumble, and Beastbox as the inferior models :D

I kid.

Here is a match up from the movie line:

Autobots: Arcee, Landmine, Longarm, & Ironhide vs Decepticons: Blackout, Skorponok, & Starscream.

Who are you taking for the victor? I am going with the 'cons. One lone missile blew the hell out of bumblebees legs (whats left of them).

Sky Lynx vs. Galaxy Shuttle

I confess I don't know much about Galaxy Shuttle. On the other hand Sky Lynx was my favorite G1 toy-until I got Overlord earlier this year!

On paper, it *looks* like a clear victory for Sky Lynx....
Galaxy Shuttle Sky Lynx
Strength: 10 10
Intelligence: 10 8
Speed: 6 10
Endurance: 9 10
Rank: 6 9
Courage: 5 10
Firepower: 5 7
Skill: 5 8

However, riddle me this? If your ONLY weapon is a 3000 degree celsius flamethrower, and you're fighting a Space Shuttle... how exactly are you going to do damage (for the sake of argument, let us even assume Sky Lynx has some fancy method of producing fire in the void of space, shall we?)

Galaxy Shuttle has an INT of 10... he knows where this fight needs to happen... in space. Galaxy Shuttle is FASTER THAN LIGHT, with a virtually unlimited range. Sky Lynx? A paltry 30k mph with a 40 million mile range (Seibertron is closer than we think!).

This match turns into a cakewalk for GS. He taunts Sky Lynx, flying just ahead of him. Every now and then, he'll hurl an insult, let Sky Lynx' ineffectually torch him (after which he'll feign minor injury). Sky Lynx' ego and restlessness won't let him break off pursuit. A mere two months later, Galaxy Shuttle can then tow the spent Sky Lynx back to God Ginrai for a stern lecture.

But... how?!?! I just can't see it happening. A completely ineffective weapon means that Sky Lynx would HAVE to corner GS, and rip him apart. Given that Overlord's pointed out that Lynxie is British... suddenly, that Dinobird's bite seems a lot less scary! And how do you corner someone that can fly at light speed?

You had better hide, the Decepticon Commander is British!!!

I would go with Galaxy Shuttle, he would outsmart him into making a mistake and Sky Lynx's ego would prevent him from just walking away. Besides, a flamethrower isn't much use against a space shuttle.

GS wins.
